This policy explains domain options and charges, registration eligibility, account administration, renewals, cancellation and what happens to your domain when JaraWeb service ends.
TMR Concept is fully responsible for fulfilling JaraWeb customer orders and service obligations. JaraWeb is powered by E15 Technologies Limited and TMR Concept.
Provider: TMR Concept, operating JaraWeb · Novare Central, Wuse Zone 5, Abuja, Nigeria
Effective from the date this policy is published on jaraweb.com.ng.
The selected domain and its charges will be recorded in your accepted quote or order form. Included registrations are paid for by TMR Concept as part of the package and are not cost-free to JaraWeb.
One available .com.ng registration is included in the package price. The order form states the registration term and renewal charge.
An available .org.ng or .sch.ng registration may also be included when the customer and intended use meet registry eligibility rules.
Supported alternatives such as .com, .org, .uk and .co.uk are charged at ₦10,000 per registration. This is a subsidised customer price; TMR Concept pays the registrar’s actual registration fee.
A domain name must be available and accepted by the registrar and relevant registry. Some extensions have eligibility requirements. For example, .sch.ng is reserved for eligible schools, and .org.ng is intended for not-for-profit or public-service organisations.
Registration is subject to availability, registrar checks and registry approval. If a requested domain cannot be registered, TMR Concept will contact you to agree on another available name or extension.
The order form or quote identifies the selected extension, registration term, registration charge and renewal charge before you accept the order.
E15 Technologies Limited controls and administers each registrar account used for JaraWeb customer domains. This administrative control does not make E15 Technologies Limited the domain registrant.
Where the registry and registrar permit, you will be recorded as the registrant using your accurate customer details. You are responsible for checking those details and telling TMR Concept if they need correction.
Registrar and registry records, policies and procedures apply to each registration. You may be asked to provide information or verification required to register, renew, update or transfer a domain.
You are responsible for paying the domain renewal charges shown on your order or renewal notice. Domain charges and renewal dates may differ by extension and registration term; check your order and renewal notices carefully.
Keep your contact details current and respond to renewal notices promptly. If a domain expires, the website may stop resolving and email using that domain may stop working. Recovery after expiry depends on the registrar and registry rules and may involve additional charges or may no longer be possible.
You may request cancellation in writing before TMR Concept purchases or submits your domain registration. Once the domain has been purchased or its registration submitted for you, the order cannot be cancelled.
The domain registration is made for you, remains subject to registry and registrar rules, and its fee is not refundable by TMR Concept. You may ask to stop a future JaraWeb renewal under the Cancellation and Refunds Policy, but the domain registration itself remains subject to its term, renewal and transfer rules.
At service exit, TMR Concept will provide reasonable assistance to update DNS or transfer the registration to a registrar you choose. Assistance is subject to registry rules, customer verification and any registrar charges.
TMR Concept does not charge a domain-release fee. Request a transfer in time to avoid expiry. A domain transfer or DNS change can affect website and email service if it is not coordinated with the receiving host or email provider.
Provide accurate registrant and contact information and promptly report any change. Review the requested spelling and extension before registration is submitted.
Use the domain lawfully and in a way that does not infringe another person’s rights. You are responsible for the content and business use of your domain and website.
Pay the registration and renewal charges identified in your order or renewal notice, and submit any required eligibility documents or verification in time for the registrar or registry to process the request.
Contact JaraWeb with your preferred domain name and extension. For a transfer, include your website address and the registrar you want to use.
