JARAWEB POLICIES

Billing, Renewals and Late Payments

A clear guide to JaraWeb payment dates, renewal rates, the grace period and what happens when an invoice remains unpaid.

JaraWeb provides managed WordPress website services to businesses. TMR Concept is fully responsible for fulfilling JaraWeb customer orders and service obligations. JaraWeb is powered by E15 Technologies Limited and TMR Concept.

Provider: TMR Concept, operating JaraWeb · Novare Central, Wuse Zone 5, Abuja, Nigeria
Effective from the date this policy is published on jaraweb.com.ng.

1. Your order and first payment

Your accepted order form or written quote identifies the selected plan, initial package fee, service period, renewal cycle, first renewal due date and any approved add-ons. The initial package fee is payable when you place your order.

Work begins after the initial package payment and after TMR Concept receives the content, information and access needed to start your website. Pay using the methods and by the due dates shown on your accepted quote or invoice.

Any taxes, payment-provider fees or third-party recurring charges that apply to your order will be disclosed before you accept the order.

2.

Renewal rates

Renewal is charged at the end of the initial service period stated in your order. Quarterly means every three months, semi-annual means every six months and annual means every twelve months. Your order form or invoice shows the first due date.

Semi-annual: ₦40,000

The renewal amounts above do not include the initial package fee, domain charges or separately approved add-ons. Your invoice will show the amount due for your account.

3.

No payment-period discounts

JaraWeb does not discount quarterly, semi-annual or annual renewal payments. Paying for a longer period in advance does not reduce the listed renewal total.

Renewal rates are the amounts shown above unless a new price is communicated to you before it applies to a future renewal.

4.

If a renewal is overdue

We apply the following steps so you have a clear opportunity to pay and understand any service interruption.

DAYS 1–7

Grace period

A seven-day grace period applies after the renewal due date. The renewal remains payable during this period.

FROM DAY 8

One-time late charge

If the renewal remains unpaid after the grace period, a one-time ₦5,000 late charge applies from day eight for that overdue renewal. It is added to, and does not replace, the overdue renewal amount.

AFTER NOTICE

Possible suspension

If payment remains overdue, TMR Concept may suspend hosting, website access, email or support after notifying you. Suspension does not cancel amounts already due.

5.

Notices and payment records

TMR Concept will send late-payment notices using the contact details on your order. Please keep your account email address and telephone number current so you receive invoices and service notices.

Keep your payment confirmation or receipt. A payment is treated as received when confirmed through the selected payment method or recorded by TMR Concept.

6.

Restoration after suspension

Service may be restored after the overdue renewal and any applicable late charge have been paid. If a restoration charge applies, it will be stated on the order form or invoice before it is incurred.

A suspension does not cancel your contract or any payment already due. Contact TMR Concept promptly if you believe an invoice or payment status is incorrect.
