Understand when you can cancel an order, what happens after a domain registration is purchased or submitted, and how refunds for active services are handled.
TMR Concept is fully responsible for fulfilling JaraWeb customer orders and service obligations. JaraWeb is powered by E15 Technologies Limited and TMR Concept.
Provider: TMR Concept, operating JaraWeb · Novare Central, Wuse Zone 5, Abuja, Nigeria
Effective from the date this policy is published on jaraweb.com.ng.
The key timing rule is straightforward: you may ask to cancel before TMR Concept purchases or submits your domain registration. Once it has been purchased or submitted for you, the order cannot be cancelled. Other refund limits and your option to stop future renewals are explained below.
Send a written cancellation request before TMR Concept purchases or submits the domain registration for your order.
Once your domain has been purchased or its registration submitted for you, the order cannot be cancelled. The domain fee is not refundable by TMR Concept.
Give written notice before the next renewal date. Your service continues until the end of the period already paid for, unless your order form says otherwise.
You may request cancellation in writing before TMR Concept purchases or submits your domain registration. Send the request using the contact details on your order or through the JaraWeb Contact page. Include your business name and order reference so we can identify the request.
TMR Concept will confirm whether the domain registration has already been purchased or submitted. If neither has happened, we will review the request and confirm the cancellation and any applicable refund under your order and applicable law.
If you no longer want to use the service after this point, contact us to discuss ending future renewals and the available domain, content export, handover or migration options. Domain registration and transfer remain subject to the Domain Name Policy and registry or registrar requirements.

You may stop a future renewal by giving written notice before the next renewal date. The service continues to the end of the service period already paid for, unless your accepted order form says otherwise.
A request to stop a future renewal does not cancel the current paid period or remove charges that have already become due. Please allow enough time for TMR Concept to receive and process your written notice before the renewal date.
No refund is provided for a partly used renewal period, completed setup work or non-refundable third-party charges, except where a refund is required by applicable law or agreed in writing.
Third-party charges may include domain registration, software licences, payment processing or other items identified in your accepted quote or invoice. Any applicable taxes, payment-provider fees or recurring third-party charges are disclosed before you accept the order.
TMR Concept may suspend or terminate service for non-payment, unlawful use, material breach or a serious security risk. Where practical, TMR Concept will give notice and a reasonable opportunity to address the issue.
Urgent action may be taken where needed to protect customers, systems, data or legal rights. Suspension does not cancel amounts already due. Billing and late-payment rules continue to apply to unpaid invoices.
Submit your request in writing through the JaraWeb Contact page. State that you are requesting cancellation or asking to stop a future renewal, and include the business name, order reference and domain name associated with the account.
TMR Concept will respond using the contact details provided with your order. Keep a copy of your request and the confirmation for your records.
Contact JaraWeb before your domain registration or next renewal date so the team can check your order status and explain the available options.
