JARAWEB POLICIES

Terms Of Service

These terms explain how JaraWeb’s managed WordPress website service works, what each party is responsible for, and how plans, payments, domains and service exit are handled.

JaraWeb provides managed WordPress website services to businesses. TMR Concept is fully responsible for fulfilling JaraWeb customer orders and service obligations. JaraWeb is powered by E15 Technologies Limited and TMR Concept.

Provider: TMR Concept, operating JaraWeb · Novare Central, Wuse Zone 5, Abuja, Nigeria
Effective from the date this policy is published on jaraweb.com.ng.

1. About these terms

These terms apply when you place a JaraWeb order and accept its quote or order form. The accepted order form and any written quote form part of your agreement with us and record your selected plan, price, domain, service dates and approved add-ons. If a customer-specific quote differs from these general terms, the quote applies to the specific item it expressly covers.

By submitting an order and accepting its quote, you confirm that you have had an opportunity to read these terms. Nothing in these terms limits a right that cannot lawfully be excluded. Material changes affecting a renewal will be communicated before they apply.

2.

The service

JaraWeb builds and manages WordPress websites under the plan selected in your order. Work begins after the initial package payment and after we receive the content, information and access needed from you.

Before launch, review the website and confirm the accuracy of your business details, prices, products, contact information, legal notices and supplied content. The number of included pre-launch revision rounds is stated in your plan. One round means one consolidated list of changes. New pages, new features, a major change in direction or work beyond the included rounds may require a separate quote.

3.

Plans and charges

All amounts are in Nigerian naira. The initial package fee is due when you place your order. Renewal starts at the end of the initial service period recorded in your order form. There are no discounts for quarterly, semi-annual or annual payments.

Domain registration charges

One available .com.ng registration is included in the package price. An available .org.ng or .sch.ng registration may also be included where you and the intended use meet registry eligibility rules. These included registrations are paid for by TMR Concept and are not cost-free to JaraWeb.

Supported alternatives such as .com, .org, .uk and .co.uk are charged at a subsidised customer price of ₦10,000 per registration; TMR Concept pays the registrar’s actual registration fee. Your quote identifies the chosen extension, registration term, registration charge and renewal charge.

Some extensions have eligibility requirements. Registration depends on availability, registrar checks and registry approval. If your requested domain cannot be registered, we will contact you to agree on another available name or extension.

4.

Billing and late payment

Pay using the methods and by the due dates shown in your accepted quote or invoice. Any taxes, payment-provider fees or third-party recurring charges that apply to your order will be disclosed before you accept it.

A seven-day grace period applies after a renewal due date. If the renewal remains unpaid after that period, a one-time ₦5,000 late charge applies from day eight for that overdue renewal. TMR Concept will notify you using the contact details on your order. The late charge does not replace the overdue renewal amount.

If payment remains overdue, TMR Concept may suspend hosting, website access, email or support after notifying you. Service may be restored after overdue amounts and any applicable late charge are paid. Any restoration charge will be stated on the order form or invoice before it is incurred. Suspension does not cancel amounts already due.

5.

Cancellation and refunds

You may request cancellation in writing before TMR Concept purchases or submits your domain registration. Once the domain has been purchased or its registration submitted for you, the order cannot be cancelled. The registration is made for you, remains subject to registry and registrar rules, and its fee is not refundable by TMR Concept.

You may stop a future renewal by giving written notice before the next renewal date. The service continues to the end of the period already paid for, unless your order form says otherwise. We do not refund a partly used renewal period, completed setup work or non-refundable third-party charges, except where a refund is required by applicable law or agreed in writing.

TMR Concept may suspend or terminate service for non-payment, unlawful use, material breach or a serious security risk. Where practical, we will give notice and a reasonable opportunity to address the issue. Urgent action may be taken to protect customers, systems, data or legal rights.

6.

Domain administration and transfer

E15 Technologies Limited controls and administers each registrar account used for JaraWeb customer domains. This administrative control does not make E15 Technologies Limited the domain registrant. Where the registry and registrar permit, you will be recorded as the registrant using your accurate details. You are responsible for checking those details and paying renewal charges shown on your order or renewal notice.

At service exit, TMR Concept will provide reasonable assistance to update DNS or transfer the registration to a registrar you choose, subject to registry rules, customer verification and registrar charges. TMR Concept does not charge a domain-release fee. Request a transfer in time to avoid expiry; an expired domain can stop resolving and email can stop working.

7.

Website content and service exit

You retain rights in your business content and materials that you supply. JaraWeb retains its reusable templates, design systems, code libraries and proprietary tools. Third-party themes, plugins, fonts and other licensed materials remain subject to their own licence terms. Managed website service, hosting, support, updates and backups continue only while the relevant service is active.

A free content export is available on request after service ends. It includes your content and customer data in a reasonable export format; it is not a complete WordPress site copy, a hosting account or a licence transfer. Email mailbox export or migration must be expressly included in your order or handover quote.

Buyout and migration must be requested in writing. The written scope will state included files and databases, third-party licence limits, excluded proprietary tools, email handling, migration testing, your requirements and any post-migration support. Outstanding invoices must be paid before handover. Third-party licences and new hosting are excluded unless the quote expressly includes them.

8.

Acceptable use and security

You must not use a JaraWeb website or email account for unlawful activity, fraud, infringement of another person’s rights, malware distribution, unsolicited bulk messaging, unauthorized access, security testing without permission, or interference with another customer or service.

TMR Concept may investigate credible reports and take proportionate steps, including suspension where needed to protect people, systems or legal rights. Where practicable, we will tell you the reason and how you may challenge or remedy the action.

9.

Availability, support and backups

JaraWeb does not guarantee a particular search ranking, sales result, enquiry volume, uninterrupted availability or recovery of every file. Website availability may depend on hosting, registries, networks, plugins and other third-party services. Maintenance or urgent security work may temporarily affect access.

Your order states the applicable support, backup and restoration details. Backups do not guarantee recovery. Any uptime or recovery guarantee applies only if it is stated in a separate service-level agreement.

10.

Changes and contact

We will communicate material changes affecting renewal before they apply. The version in force for your order is the version published or provided when you accepted the order, subject to changes required by law.
