Before you order: Your chosen plan and order form set out the services, charges and terms for your website. Any optional paid work is explained and quoted before it begins.
JaraWeb builds and manages professional WordPress websites for businesses, creators and organisations. You choose a plan, share your content, and we set up, launch and look after your site under that plan.
Jara Basic suits a simple business presence of up to five pages. Jara Premium adds payments and an online catalogue of up to 50 products. Jara Pro adds selected custom-plugin integrations and Google Business Profile support. If you are unsure, use the Ask us a question button and we will recommend a fit.
We review your details, then confirm your plan, scope and renewal dates in writing before you pay. After that we ask for your content and images and begin building.
Your plan and order form list exactly what is included. Anything outside that, such as extra product blocks or custom plugin work, is priced and quoted before it begins.
Custom plugin work starts at ₦150,000 per plugin. The quotation states the scope and licensing before any work begins.
Yes. Jara Premium and Jara Pro include a catalogue of up to 50 products. Additional blocks of up to 30 products cost ₦10,000 each.
Domain ownership and registration are explained in your order terms. We state who the registrant is and who is responsible for renewals before you commit.
Each plan includes one eligible country-code domain registration paid by JaraWeb, such as .com.ng, .org.ng or .sch.ng. A .com or comparable extension is subsidised: the customer charge is ₦10,000 and JaraWeb also pays the registrar’s fee. Your order form states the domain term and renewal responsibility

A buyout is an optional paid arrangement for taking your website away from JaraWeb hosting. The details and pricing are set out in your order terms.
Plans renew quarterly. Your order terms explain what happens to hosting, support and your website if a renewal is not paid, and we confirm renewal dates in writing before you pay.
Jara Basic includes 2 pre-launch revision rounds. Jara Premium and Jara Pro include 3.
