Website Content, Handover and Migration

Know what remains yours, what a content export includes, and how to request a website buyout or assisted migration when your JaraWeb service ends.

TMR Concept is fully responsible for fulfilling JaraWeb customer orders and service obligations. JaraWeb is powered by E15 Technologies Limited and TMR Concept.

Your business materials remain yours. The managed website service and reusable JaraWeb tools are governed separately.

When your service ends, you can request a free content export or ask for a priced website buyout and/or assisted migration. The selected option, scope and any exclusions will be confirmed in writing before handover work begins.

Free content export

Available on request after service ends. It includes customer content and customer data in a reasonable export format. It is not a complete WordPress site copy, hosting account or licence transfer.

Website buyout

A priced option for the agreed website files and databases, subject to the written scope, third-party licence limits and exclusions.

MOVE TO A NEW HOST

Assisted migration

A priced service to migrate the agreed website to one new hosting provider, with testing and any post-migration support defined in the quote.

1. Rights in content, designs and tools

You retain rights in your business content and materials that you supply for the website, including your text, images, logos and business information, subject to any rights belonging to third parties.

JaraWeb retains its reusable templates, design systems, code libraries and proprietary tools. A service ending or a content export does not transfer those reusable materials or grant a licence to use them outside the JaraWeb service.

Third-party themes, plugins, fonts and other licensed materials remain subject to their own licence terms. A handover or migration does not automatically transfer a third-party licence. You may need to obtain your own licence or arrange permission from the relevant provider.

2. What happens when service ends

Hosting, support, updates and backups continue only while the relevant JaraWeb service is active. If you stop renewing, the service continues until the end of the period already paid for unless your order form says otherwise.

You may request a free content export after service ends. The export contains customer content and customer data in a reasonable export format, but it does not provide a full WordPress installation, hosting account, all site files or a licence transfer.

Email mailbox export or migration is not included automatically. It must be expressly included in your order or handover quote.

3. Buyout and assisted migration are different services

A website buyout and full file handover covers the files and databases expressly listed in the accepted written scope. It does not include excluded proprietary tools, untransferable third-party licences, new hosting or other items unless the quote expressly includes them.

Assisted migration covers moving the agreed website to one new host. The quote will identify the target host, files and databases included, migration testing, customer requirements and any post-migration support.

A combined buyout and migration includes both services only to the extent described in the accepted quote. The combined price shown below is for one buyout plus one assisted migration.

4. Approved service prices

Prices depend on your current JaraWeb plan. The written quote confirms the selected option, included files and databases, exclusions, migration scope and any third-party charges.

The plan-based amounts are shown in each service card. Prices do not include third-party licences or new hosting unless the written quote expressly includes them.

5. Written scope and handover requirements

Buyout and migration must be requested in writing. Before work begins, TMR Concept will provide a written scope stating the files and databases included, third-party licence limits, excluded proprietary tools, email handling, migration testing, customer requirements and any post-migration support.

Outstanding invoices must be paid before handover. Any third-party licence, registrar, transfer or new-hosting charges will be stated separately where applicable. No extra work begins until you accept the quote.

You are responsible for providing accurate destination-host details, access, approvals and other information needed for the agreed handover or migration. Delays in required access or approvals may affect the estimated completion time.

6. Domain names and email

Domain registration and transfer are subject to registry and registrar rules and are described in the JaraWeb Domain Name Policy. At service exit, TMR Concept will provide reasonable assistance to update DNS or transfer a domain to a registrar you choose, subject to customer verification and any registrar charges. TMR Concept does not charge a domain-release fee.

Email mailbox export or migration is included only when expressly listed in your accepted order or handover quote. Changing hosting or DNS can interrupt website or email service if the transition is not coordinated.

7. Requesting an export, buyout or migration

Contact TMR Concept through the JaraWeb Contact page. State your business name, website address, current plan and whether you are requesting a content export, buyout, assisted migration or combined service.

For a buyout or migration, TMR Concept will confirm the written scope and quote. The handover work starts after you accept the quote, pay any charges due and provide the access and information required for the work.
